Okay - home from work. I will be so pleased when they have finished with the remodelling of our store. I can't find anything!! day off tomorrow - lovely !! AND and extra hour to boot - how awesome is that????

ATL - you sound as if you have just been struggling with life - but wonderful that you are AF still - go you ! I am not sure what the Tide is - first of all I thought you were going to the beach to watch the Tide come in - I used to do that all the time in UK - I found it so soothing. but then on reading further I think I am wrong. Re fitness - you have been unwell - let your body heal, then work on stuff - just try and eat well first then worry about fitness :l:l

Georgie - Your M-I-L sounds just awful - so sorry about the big mix-up with the 911 call - I had no idea that the police did that!! I suppose they have to be sure, but what a bummer for you. My M-I-L went on Jenny Craig and thought it was really good - so you know you can do this! I have every faith in you!!

Grate - thanks for letting us know about Vicki - poor Vicki - she does go through it doesn't she - I shall put her in my prayers. How are YOU doing my friend? I do hope that you are feeling good? Hugs to you :l:l

Thank you Sunshine. My goal weight is 130. I am 5'7 so that is a realistic goal I think. As soon as I hit the half way mark I will be throwing out all of my fat clothes. I plan to start exercising too. I am considering buying the Zumba DVDs too, once I start losing. Then when I finally reach my goal I am going to treat myself to some minor cosmetic injections, and get a new haircut and color. I will start going to salon instead of coloring my own hair. I have decided NOT to tell my coworkers and extended family, I would like for people to just notice the weight loss, I want it to be my "little secret". Well goodnight, sleep tight and don't let the bed bugs bite. Lol. XO Gina

Mama, thanks for sending the Bac. I'll let you know when they arrive. I was really excited and didn't realise until later that it's the Dexies I need urgently, not Bac. Dexamphetamine is a 'controlled substance' and I always find myself kind of whispering when I want my script filled because of the 'stigma' of being thought of as a junkie. I also feel a bit guilty and furtive, which is ridiculous. I have to wonder why.
I'm sorry about you drinking last night, but hey, it happens. You're a good girl to fess up and get on with it.

Yeah ATL...that was a bummer of a game....Sunii Love....Alabama Crimson Tide is a college football team that we were cheering for last night...and they lost.
ATL...my hubs was screaming at the TV cause they kept letting that kid kick and miss field goals....

Hi all
Had a good time last night at marching band performance for the parents and then went to pic my other kid from party and sat around talking to the parents for awhile which was fun. So glad th time has changed and won't have to be out waiting for the bus in the dark, and it is very dark out here in the country. Saw an eagle yesterday morning, a rare sight around here. Also saw a hawk try to catch a squirrell out back. Guess that was you Fenn,you are luck not to have been its breakfast.....so sorry to here Vick in the hosp again, gosh....well, MB what is this cleaning frenzy you are on? Better come up here and get started on my place...Georgie, I am trying to lose some weight too. I joined the Y and really like it. We eat out a lot cuz we are always rushing around. Lucky I am off this week though and will try to eat better....Tony, that is good about your kids, bet you are proud...glad you are picking up some work T...Rubes get some rest...guess I better get started cleaning up here...was good not to have to rush through a bunch of homework this morn, since I am not working this week, will have plenty of time to do it.....b
