Sitting down a moment to take a break - it takes all day to sweep, vaccum, and mop HALF my porcelain tile and wood floors downstairs. I move all the furniture to get at the dog hair, then the mop and get it all put back in each room. Downsizing can't come too soon. Still have about 20 phone calls to make, return, and make supper, so I'll try to come back tonight if I don't collapse! :H I do this once a week but have been too busy lately, so it's awful. And Hubs doesn't understand why I balk at cleaning the rentals! I'd rather give the tenants $50 off to clean it themselves from the last person's deposit money that I don't return if it's not clean! Heck, he even wants me to wash all the windows, and I don't do that here!!! Back to the floors. I think they're growing!

Hi all - just in from a VERY long day (like 12 1/2 hours!) but I am feeling good! Georgie - are you okay?

Vicki - I wish you weren't going on that trip - you need to be at home resting. Please just rest as much as you can.

Ruby - laughed at you asking me if I met myself in the road. Sometimes it feels like it - LOL. I open tomorrow morning now, but at least that means I get off at 3.30 so have the evening. then will be getting up early sunday to drive to Bloomington to see the Rescue puppies (dogs) - it is a 3 hour drive for me, but I hope to be bringing one home. then i have a few days off. Fen is coming down for a visit which will be awesome - I am so looking forward to it - she is going to help me plant bulbs and sort out my garden for the winter - aren't you Fen ??? LOL

Jan - will you take your antabuse before you go to the function in Orlando? Just wondering? Call me if you want to. :l:l By the way - I will think about the names that you have suggested - LOL I WILL be coming back on Sunday with another dog. I will send you pictures. (everyone)

Swannie - I REALLY miss the poppies here - I have a REALLY old one from years ago in England - but I wish they did the poppies here.......I had it wrapped around my rear view mirror in my car for ages. love the poppies - thank you for explaining it so well.

hey there one and all .. well some plans have changed work wise .. the roofing job is put off for two weeks and well lined up some baseboard to install and well thank god for trust.. i got pay what was owed and pay in advance for the roofing repair ..
so if i can get the baseboard done in one day ..then i can kill two birds with one rock and have a nice pay day from them and next week a nice pay check from the shop ....
so just like to say thank you all for the prayers of work for me ..
and would just like to say im sorry i havent reply to each and everyone .. but i do read every post.. and right now im going on 6 weeks of working every day .. i
m doing good .. and if anyone need to talk or just get things off theier chest pleas pm me for my number or ask one of the others for my number and ill do my best to help you in anyway i can ...

Oh Grateful - I wish I could come and plant them for you...... I would in a heartbeat! We did consider having a roadtrip......but then decided it was too far. I was trying to put a pic of Cuddley but it said it was too big. She is eating a little but has a huge gash across her back.......so glad you are picking up so much work T. Did I mention my new job at the housing authority starting next month?.....Darn, I am cold and huddled in front of the heater. Have a dress rehearsal at 10 and need to be getting ready...will try the pic again with photobucket...b
