      Nice, Rubes...real nice! As amusing as the footage from dear daughter's bridal shower (at the cabin, is it?) is, you may recall that Sun and I were not in attendance.

            Mish - so sorry for all that you are going through - hate when the docs think they know better than us - we LIVE in our bodies and sometimes we do know better - despite having no degree! I do hope that you manage to get it all sorted out - prayers and hugs to you. georgie - hope that you are feeling better? Back later everyone - Fen and I have lots to do.....

              Mish, where did you get your tablets before? Why can you not get them now? I'm sorry you're having such an awful time. Would benadryl help with the sleeplessness?

                Isn't it ironic that we are all serious enough about our addiction and its' related causes and problems to bring this embarrassing matter up to our doctors but our doctor's do not think it serious enough of a MEDICAL condition to deal with it as a medical condition and examine and consider all possible avenues of treatment? G

                  Unfortunately, there are enough people out there trying to get this stuff for non-medical reasons, that they make it hard for those that do genuinely need it, but it annoys me that doctors don't LISTEN to their patients enough to distinguish between the genuine ones - why couldn't he have given Mish enough to see her through until she could get to her regular GP? It would have only been a day or twos worth.....
                  How simple it is to see that we can only be happy now and there will never be a time when it is not now....

                      Been reading Steven King (one of my favorite authors), the book " Steven King On Writing". It is a mini biography and some writing tips. Who knew that he was an alcoholic for many years who even drank mouthwash and snorted coke, according to him , he barely remembers writing "Cugo" he was so drunk. He has been sober now almost 20 hrs. God bless him! What a talent. Gina

                        In his book he states that He feels it is common for creative people to become addicts. I feel that this is true.... I am a painter and a writer. How about everyone else? Xo G

                            I knew that G. Started reading him with Salem's Lot. And I do believe creative people get hit harder, b/c we seem to feel the world more intensely. Sun you are creative!

                                Hi Loonies...came home from work early with a pounding headache...
                                Mishy...you sound so miserable honey
                                I am blessed that my GP is a woman that I really like....she listens and helps..I consider her a friend
                                Sun and Fen...HAVE FUN!!! I am jealous...and you two are HOTTTTTTTTTTT
                                Gonna go lay down for a bit...wil check in later

                                I love my family more than alcohol.:h
