Well, Duke, my shepherd, would try to eat you. Riley, the husky, is a teddy bear....Duke is actually on probation with the township police for biting one too many people...but that was years ago...we keep a close eye on him now.....plus he doesn't move like he used to.

Oh...the "special" cabin nightgown is the one that Ruby made and let me borrow while I was there...and she loved it on me so much, she insisted I take it home! It is so comfy and warm..she did post a picture of me in it on here a while ago....but we don't have to bring it up again!! I hope when you go to see her I can come too.....(I'm always begging, aren't I?)....

Oh, man, dementia is setting in....sorry dear sunny. Thank you for the hugs and prayers.....I think my headache is getting the best of me, so I'm going to try to close my eyes and turn out the light. When I got my flu shot today, had a good talk with the young pharmacist. I SWEAR by the pneumonia shot I got 5 years ago, haven't had pneumonia or bronchitis since, and I'd had that and the flu all winter every year. But she sweetly said that info was wrong, and I need another now. Bummer. But I'll get it. I know everyone has diff beliefs on it, but I suffered horribly up until I started it, and many times thought I'd die, ended up in ER and with multiple broken ribs. So not a big choice for me to do this. Works for me!!

Here's Grate's 'R'rated nightie photo of the nightgown in question. I made it of blue-checked flannel, and it IS scrumptiously soft and warm. Kell, you're BEAUTIFUL in this, and well-covered!

I'm wore-ass out. JC got the job, starts in a week, but picked up another job in the meantime he started today, so he was SOOOOoooo tired when they came. I leave in the morning, not sure where we'll stay overnight, maybe daughter's, so my phone will start ringing at 8 AM about leaving, and I still have things to do. But think I'll go sleep, since I'm starting to see flying frogs I'm so tired. Will leave the combatants without a referee for 48 hours, slink off and sleep with Ry.

Rubes, I always get a flu shot, along with my mom. It's a mother/daughter activity for us, LOL! I was never so sick as when I last had the flu, when my dad died. I have never failed to get the shot since.

And thanks for posting the lovely pic of Grate in her nightgown...what a wonderful gift that was! Grate, you are very lovely. :h
