    Oh Tony - that is too funny!! Jan - we go over to my MIL for Thanksgiving and I just have everything that isn't meat. Spuds and veggies and the roll and butter. And of course, DESSERT LOL. I always enjoy it. We have a quiet day - only a few of us there but it is nice. What are you going to be doing?
    How simple it is to see that we can only be happy now and there will never be a time when it is not now....

      I am going to my mother's....lawd help me....
      she has all the neighbors over and we always have a delicious pot luck...the food is always fabulous, and as long as Mom doesn't start fussing about something, we always have a great day.
      Christmas...we stay home and MIL and FIL come over....we started that when the kids came along....
      I love my family more than alcohol.:h

        Christmas after I had the children, in-laws came to us, but this year, my eldest has asked if we can go to her 'cos of the kids - so tradition is changing as generations grow older, so we will be going there and either hubs or daughter (youngest) will go and get MIL.
        How simple it is to see that we can only be happy now and there will never be a time when it is not now....

          Things get SO complicated when our children and grandchildren get older, to organize holidays. MIL counts on me to do it, but she does cook, a lot, and bring to my house. Now, if I can dig out a path to the table by then, we're set. There will be an OBSCENE amount of food.
          Tony, I LOVE it! Immediately made me think of the time growing up when Momma had a lot of her family over, eating in the dining room and my little brother came out with a HUGE Kotex box he was using to keep his puzzle pieces in. She told me to take him and RUN! :H I'll never forget the confused look on his face. How do kids know the EXACT time to embarrass us?

              One year Grant (my oldest) came out carrying the Disney movie "The Fox and the Hound" and announced he wanted to watch Fuckin Hound!!!

                When Rick was little he told us at Christmas (and we did NOT talk like this around the children!!) The Night Before Christmas was 'On Vomit, on Stupid, on Bastard and Bitches'. It came from a kid at school and Rick had no idea what he was saying. I could look at his face and tell that! :H
                AND, we were at MIL's for our weekly Tuesday supper once when Tip (about 6) asked what fyook (her pronunciation) meant. We didn't understand, and she said 'On the bathroom wall at the Jr High where they changed buses, it said (spelled out) 'Fuck you'!!!! Think that's the first time MIL had a heart attack.

                  Good afternoon Jambers well I had a good night last night no fights and all was calm. Leave it to Lisa to find an artical writter by the corner who said Ryan's death was sids and we remember him writhing an artical in the local paper proclaming that 99% of sids deaths are murder. She found it in only three weeks it was april 1998. This is important because at trial we can deminstrate that he regularly classed deaths as SIDs until 98 it will be big in the trial.                     M, people can run, but they can't hide their true selves, can they? I pray you don't let each new revelation open old wounds, and you can use them to arm yourselves. You've been vigilant in keeping this open, and you HAVE been proven right. Let everything help you, not hurt you, friend. And good job on not drinking. You and Lisa are a beacon, a testament, to all those out there who are searching for their own answers, but your family is more important than anything else. Let us know how your children are doing, OK? Big :hug: to you. You are amazing.

                          Hay MB and Ruby Thanks the Dyana and Robbie are somewhat OK Robbie is very sensitive 16 year old who look at everything and wants her dead for cheating him out of his older brother. Dyana is a 17 year old with RAGEING HORMONES it is like walking on egg shells say the wrong thing and get the wet vac out!!!!!!! All around grades are very good. We decided to keep them in counsuling to help there emotions. Other than that it is one minute at time
