Good Morning - Grateful - I asked if the epidural is similar to the one that they give women who have babies - they are told not to sit up for a certain number of hours after it, 'cos of massive headaches. I was wondering if you stayed laying down after wards if that would stop the headache? How many more do you have to have? Poor you - sending hugs, love and strength your way :h :l
Jan - so sorry you are grumpy this morning (typed 'feeling grumpy' then changed it 'cos of the minds of everyone here - LOL). How come everyone else is on vacation? When do you get your vacation?
Rog - please tell us your tooth is feeling better..... and watch the tabs when working with saws of any kind!
Bird - a hacksaw for a canteloupe? you all crack me up!!!
Fen - thinking of you - it will all soon be over......:l

Sunny-the epidural I have is a little more involved than what mothers in labor get...he inserts these tubes in 3 different spots in my spine and injects a contrast dye first so that he can watch what he is doing on xray...then he injects massive amounts of steroid-anesthetics mix into the three bad areas. They get me up right away and tell me to take it easy...but not to be bedridden. I honestly won't know when or if I'll need another one...it just depends on how long this works...last one lasted a whole 2 weeks! My headaches should subside in a few days I hope.

Jan...I do talk to Vicki-usually thru email or blackberry messages. She is still in so much pain with her hands which doesn't make sense because the therapist comes to her house every day and works with her. It really has me worried. Her BIG birthday is next Tuesday, the 29th.

Nelz...glad your urges are going away - assuming you mean your "bad" urges!! You can keep the pounds to yourself, thank you very much!!

Bird...be careful with your hacksaw and have a great day!!

Just got home from picking up Maggie's remains from the vet......but am being very good. Am keeping a grip on myself - got home and both dogs went crazy when I got home. I have responsibilities to the dogs in my home so must keep my pecker up for them. Sorry you are bored Jan....wish you were here - I could give you plenty to keep you busy - LOL

Hi guys all seems to be calm today although my son has this kid bulling him at school and it has now escalated to face book with threats on my wife's life and my son's. The stupid kid does not have enough sence to know that our family is under township detective watch for the murder case. Poor fool he will be aressted tonight for making public threts against a protected family. This should be fun hope he has a rich dady cause the civel suit could be big?????? MB don't be hurting your self with a hack saw you need to go to school to use one of them

Oh Jan - thanks. I am okay - but yes, I am hurting. It is just going to take time, and Daisy is slowly worming her way into my heart. I KNOW she will never be Maggie, and I feel mean when I don't stroke her as much as she wants me too - she just looks at me quizically then goes and lays down. I will get there. ANYWAY - I am trying to tidy and then am going to make my Chrsitmas cake - it has to sit for a few weeks, so I am going to get back to what I was doing - keep busy - right?? Right! love you girlfriend.
