A bottle of ginger beer at a bar can cost me more than a regular beer! But 2 or 3 ginger beer's/non AL drinks in a night out will usually be plenty for me, as i 'sit' on them and sip very occassionally. Slightly different approach than what i used to do!
Drummer eh? I'm up for that jam anytime bro'!
Best wishes, and great stuff on your AF time. Keep it going!
Greg.

I love seltzer water 2....am drinking my second liter as we speak. I like the fiz and the flavors. Right now blueberry and earlier, strawberry. Hubs always picks up a variety of flavors for me if he stops at the market after the gym. The best thing about this one is that it is all natural and no calories or fake sweeteners, just water, a little flavor and fizz. And it's pretty cheap at 2 for $3 bucks at the grocery store. Compare that to my 12 dollar a day wine habit and that's a savings of $70 a week!Whatever you invest in the circle of LIFE is what comes back to you. Multiplied. Water with lemon juice for me at the moment. I used to drink wine with soda water, so dont think bubbles are a good idea at the moment.
$12 BAF god i only spent $15 on a box of six. Who cared about the taste really
Just had to say that i told my daughter and she is very proud of me. That has made my AF day 4 the best.AF free 1st December 2013 - 1st December 2022 - 9 years of freedom

Jeez, I didn't know they made flavored seltzer water. I'm serious.:duhme: I'll look for it. I gave up on the plain seltzer and lemon--yucky to my palate. Thanks for the tip. Ahh the sodastream they were popular in the eighties and making a comeback now. You get flavours to add to the fizz. I like fizzy water now and again at the moment i'm drinking apple and raspberry. 69 cents a litre and its a Tesco brand. Major supermarket chain in Ireland and UK. Its a nice sunny morning here in Dublin and day 3 for me.:happyheart::sun:

'Tit' and 'tat' are both the names of small blows which originated as 'tip' and 'tap'. These are recorded by Charles, Duke of Orleans in a book of poems that he wrote while captive in England after the battle of Agincourt and first published circa 1466:
"Strokis grete, not tippe nor tapp."
