Black Bess is just having a slight nervous breakdown at the mo and most of the big displays don't start for another hour.

If I find the little buggers who have been letting fireworks off earlier in the week they'll be surprised at which orifice I'll use as launcher.

Evening folks, feeling tired even though I haven't done a whole lot today. Did chop a whole pile of logs though. Went to the shop an hour ago and managed to come away with nothing stronger than a bottle of coke. Mad how many people were buying booze, every second person at a guess, just suppose I just don't normally notice.

Yeppers. I remember once being in Superquinn with my daughter-she was maybe two or so-and when we passed by the Jameson she started screaming "Daddy, Daddy!" and people around us were laughing -though my face turned bright red! Well, it was kind of funny because he was (is) a normie. That was just his drink of choice-and she knew it. But does go to show how observant even young children can be! They see more than we think they do.
Here in France-even the old people are stocking up on their alcohol. It is very common to see people of at least eighty or so at the supermarket getting their bottles of wine.
