    Army Thread Monday 7th November

    Yoooooooo hooooooooooooooo GG.
:H:H:H I've heard that a few times myself. But it's usually true that my ex-MIL is going to make an "appearance". *shudder*
Just stopping in to say :hallo:. The little one is asleep but my daughter needs to chat with me a bit. She had a falling out with two friends from school. I'm not sure exactly what's going on yet but she's been on facebook typing away furiously since I got in.
Oh-and we were charged by a loose Alsatian dog. In front of the bakery. I think I made a bit of a scene but I really feel if people can't control their dogs-they should definitely be on a lead. How do I know the animal is friendly? If he runs at me and my child and pug dog (of course on a lead) YES-I'm going to make a fuss. The owner became very rude (well, I did jump onto the bonnet of the nearest car with pug dog and my son) screaming at him that dogs in town should be under control. The animal was huge and had froth coming out of his mouth-the dog, not the owner-but he was pretty bad too.
Besides that incident-it was a pretty good day.
I'll read back properly in the morning. x Nighters from moi.

Anyhooo safely home now, still amazes me how quick theses thoughts come and the default position is to revert to type.

:H Sorry! I'm sure I wouldn't find it funny either... but the mental image of you on the hood of a car, clutching pug dog and junior... sowwy...

Frankly, I think dogs should be on a leash 'in town', no matter what. In fact, here it's the law. Now, I'll walk down the road to the lake with Shelby off lead but that's hardly in town. And in tourist season, I'll make sure I have a lead with me.. just in case.

Have a good chat with your daughter... teenage girls can be the most evil thing on earth. Of course, it could all be forgotten by tomorrow and they're BFFs again...
Okay, WHO put a stop payment on my reality check?
