    I was just feeling sorry for myself, letting all of the negative thoughts have a pity party in my head this whole weekend. "Why can't I completely beat this alcohol thing?" , " I have no friends or family in this new city", "My son's leaving for college in 9 months, I'll be alone", "I don't know what will happen to my autistic son when he's 30", "My kitchen looks awful", "I want to lose 20 pounds" "I have no nice clothes", etc, etc....

              Peace that was just great, we all get impatient, i know i do and its one of my worst qualities sometimes. just makes you realise doesnt it.
