    Stuffed up well and good

Cash, you really have to work out WHY you drink. Do you drink to be happy? sad? anxious? stressed? bored? hungry? It takes some time and a lot of self contemplation (I spend a lot of time looking at my navel these days). write it down before you have that first drink. that way you see a pattern. once the pattern is established you can find a way to deal with the issue before you have the drink, maybe not the first time, but if you keep trying you will work it out.

PS: I realised that I drink for EVERY possible reason! lol
It always seems impossible until it's done....

      Hi Cashy,
know where you are coming from, we all do. Just start again and think of it as a very good first trial run leading up to the real thing. Flip has very good advise. I too am trying to find out why exactly I drink. I think that I need to give myself permission to stop working and just chill, but there is always that nag in my head that I should be doing something. If I pass out I am officially "sleeping" and can't possibly work. Isn't that sick.
Have a good day today Cashy.
