Good morning everyone. Its still dark here i woke about 4.30 and cudn't get back asleep so i got up and made coffee. Just watching Sky news on the guilty verdict of Conrad Murrey he's ruined but Michael Jackson must take some of the blame. Anyway its day 7 for me my fist week almost over. Got to get food shopping done this afternoon for me and my 2 cats. well done to you early morning walkers i'll get my walk in later. Well you'll never believe the dream I had last night. I dreamt that KTabbers had joined Slimming World. He just popped in and got weighed and then went home. When the group leader heard he was travelling all the way from Ireland she said.............'Well there's dedication for you'

Oh and Mrs A, Mollers and Deirdre Barlow were there as well.
