          HAPPY BIRTHDAY PREST!
          I quit drinking on March 8, 2020. Taking it One Day At A Time and no more taking my quit for granted.

          Also doing it for me. I got to stay sober for me.

          Just consecrate on today and do what you can to remain sober for today and worry about staying sober tomorrow, tomorrow.

            Thank you so much for the birthday wishes!! I am honestly not on here to much, so I was pleasantly surprised by the wishes of all of you who sent them.

            So for the record, I am doing really well with moderating. I know this is not something everyone can do, and I have the utmost respect for all of you who have successfully made your way into complete abstinence! Seriously, that is profound!!

            I am still plugging away at my Masters Degree and enjoying every moment of my internship. Thesis is another story... anyone want to write that for me? On a serious note, I just want to thank all of you who have helped me along the way --- you know who you are!! It's so many of you.

            I miss being here, miss all of my buddies, and again.... thank you so much. All of you.
