Always thought it strange that people want others to drink but no one ever hassles us to take pot or smoke cigs for instance. And another thing why is it funny to some when others get so rat faced and make a fool of themselves that they have to bring it up the next day say, and laugh? :soapbox2: Whats amusing about someone being paralytic drunk?

Well, I reckon they will say...ohhhh ya don't have to do what Oney did, you have no problem, go and get yerself a pint, you work hard all week...I guess some of them think I have forced him into it...I didn't. He had to make up his own mind.

The learny thingy .It's a pre course training module for Intervention in Risky Alcohol Abuse. If I pass this thing I get to go on a course on Friday for a Level 3 Alcohol accreditation.

It's just with the awful way our mother died I don't want to make a huge deal about the troubles I've had with AL. It would break his heart. Once a baby brother always a baby brother I suppose.

There'll be plenty of other non drinkers there so I'll hang out with them. Just hope me Granny doesn't have more than her allotted 2 glasses of Asti Spumante or we'll never get her off the dance floor.

Oh right JC module sounds challenging. You will be grand at the party, I would be flabbergasted if I heard you had picked up a drink again, aint going to happen to either of you ladies.

Probably exactly what he will hear Oney, why cant people mind their own business when it comes to a mind altering drug and others choice to use it or not? Makes me mad.
Maybe he could be driving tonight?

Yeh but you are only a mere learner who cant drive in the dark, never mind in heels too now can ya Rather remiss of you to forget to bring a change of shoes now wasnt it.
I am a firm believer in getting through today's problem with AL and worry about next time if/when it occurs.
