hello I think today I will start looking for a new hobby- really don't care what it is aslong as it does not involve a TV- I was thinking about geotracking? I have heard it is fun. Well anyway I like to think outloud sort of by communicating with all of you. So far this morning I don't feel like drinking today but it is friday and that means the weekend. But why should that matter I drank any day anyways...

I think geotracking would be fun too. My friends have done it once or twice. The way I understand it is that some anonymous person hides something and gives clues on the net, inlcluding GPS info. Others look for it and once they find it, they take it but leave another it's place - something like that. My friends found their item in our local park.

I need a hobby too but I do not like anything I cannot begin and end in one sitting. That is why I would open a bottle of wine and I would end the bottle of wine- drink the whole thing. It wouuld be like a crime for a partial bottle to survive the nite. With this start to finish mentality, projects like knitting (which requires too much coordination anyway), sewing, painting, sculpting, etc. are eliminated. I guess I will go back to reading and exercise.

Keep us posted on geo-tracking and let me know if I understand it @ least partially.

Still thinking about hobbies. There is also glow-bowl where you go @ mid-night and the bowling alley is dark and the pins and the ball glow. I think that sounds like fun, if you don't mind putting your feet in shoes that 1000 other people have worn!

I am checking the internet for the geotracking and it is like looking for a treasure (which can be anything) by using global positioning coordinates. I do believe with this it is the journey not the destination. Maybe it will work at least its keeping me occupied for now.

sounds very hairy.....(I can barely find my way out of my own bedroom door without the aid of a mountain guide, so this sounds incredibly complicated to me...)

Ok its not geotracking its geocaching. Have to buy a GPS did my research today. Its a whole world out there with stuffed stashed for you to find.
