How's the titrating going? What stage are you at now?

That's great that you're content. There's bound to be difficult moments from time to time and as you say, it's important not to get complacent. Don't forget to come here if you're feeling tempted to drink.

The titrating is going fine, mollers. Had a couple of slip ups last week, but back on course again now. I'm planning to consolidate on my progress for a few more days and then next week I will lower my consumption to about a third of what I was drinking. That's the plan anyway.

Happy Tuesday to you. I think there is a difference in being complacent and being content in your quit Mollers, in fact, being content with it makes it SO much easier because you don't feel like you are missing out. There will be urges that cross your mind from time to time but I think you are at a place where you can acknowledge, identify, deal with and dispel those thoughts and move on. Maybe the shit that went down was a good thing as you know where you don't want to be be ever ever again! Have a great bike rifde xxx

Yep, for driving. One of the other insidious things that AL did was to knock the confidence to drive out of me.
Never lost my license but I was just shit scared to drive. I'm not thinking of being a Grand Prix driver, just wouldn't mind tootling down to the high street or popping up to see my MIL, just the simple stuff.

Molly - yesterday I got fresh fish from the mongers at the harbour here. Grilled bream. It was delicious.

Hope Zennie does okay with her toof. I hate going to the dentist even though he's very good and I never feel a thing. Just dislike it. I bet most peeps do.
