Healthy Changes One Week at a Time

Since I have been having sporadic success with controlling my drinking, I have managed to keep up with a blog I started to incorporate one, new, healthy habit each week.

Check it out and join us:

52 Weeks of Healthy Habits: I'm Noticing Changes..
    Tipplerette

I do this for my children, my grandchildren, my health, my peace of mind, and mostly for the opportunity to learn to live with my true, unfiltered, clear-headed, vulnerable self.

Healthy Changes One Week at a Time

I had one on the go that I posted a long time ago here and I'll find it and post it. I actually am not following that list in it's original order. What I am doing now is every week I make my decision based on the habits I've implemented already and what I feel I am ready for. Give me a nano-second and I'll cut and paste it here on this thread.

On Sundays I usually post what the new habit is for the following week. I am leaning towards a very little bit of hand weight activity daily or flossing more regularly.. like every night. They say if you have lots of plaque on your teeth, you have placque in your arteries so it's important and I have never developed a good flossing habit.
