    gonna start my crumble now, cream or custard Jackie???

    MIL and mate arriving soon...... hoping for a nice lunch!
    I have a drink problem, I have been AF since 15 March 2011 and I am working hard to stay that way

                      I knows ya toooo well!!

                      Are ya still lovin the gym...Rob is gone back to the gym this week too. He is always much happier when he works out and helps him keep off the booze and fags.

                            He is on week 3 and doing ok.....he really seems determined this time.
