          Yo Firefox,
          Back on the wagon, hun.

We're all going to have banging headaches this afternoon with the amount of coffee we've drunk or talked about this morning.

errrrrrrrrr cafetiere coffee, Oney. In other words I have no idea.

I've got the coffee maker that goes drip, drip, drip and I use ground coffee from the US of A (courtesy of Zens)

Feck. Can't believe it's lunchtime already. I'm trying to eat somethnig during the day (instead of just a large dinner), so I've had 4 fruits. A nectarine, pear, banana and apple (a new variety that tastes like grapes - good idea, since grapes are too expensive. It costs more per kilo than chicken, FFS).

Great news on the grandkid, Mollers :goodjob:

The day I picked up a banana rather than a biscuit (or 10) you could have knocked me down with a feather.

                        :hallo: Oners & JC

It is only day one of my attempt at normal eating. I didn't even get round to brekkie. I still had no appetite by the time we left home and the search for a proper tupperware container for my fruit salad and yogurt was going to take too long. Henece just popping some whole fruit into my lappie bag and eating it for lunch.

Maybe I should keep some Weet Bix at work and have it here after my morning latte?

Very healthy tippers eating lots of fruit someting i have to eat more of. I have to get my act together as i have fallen behind with most of my bills and i have eircom on to me with a final reminder. It looks like my landline and internet could get cut off i haven't the heart to ring them. I guess i'll manage for a while without them. Feeling a bit down but i'll busy today. Just having my coffee now. The one i like is Tesco finest Columbian its not too expensive. I would love a cappuchino maker machine but they are quite pricey. Well got to and get something done around here might get back later.
