I am new here and don't really want to be here, but the reality is, I keep promising myself to change my drinking habits .... for the past 15 years I have over-indulged. I am a 'bad habit' drinker. I never drink duriing the day but fight with my self control like crazy once it gets to 8 o clock ish ... and if I open a bottle then, i will end up consuming around 12 units in the next four hours. the next day thumping head etc. - it is a vicious cycle that i have been stuck in for so very long. I really want to change, I want the future to be better than thiscontinuous evening binge drinking. Does anyone out there have similar experience.??
