I did a meditation course last year, found it very benefishall. I'm thinking of having some private one to one sessions with the money I'm saving from not boozin.

Well there's only so much makeup I can buy Oney

I feel that I'm more likely to meditate if I have someone coaching me and asking for feedback. And the woman I did the course with was really nice and I trust her. Talking of which, she gave me a cd, I'll dig it out and have a little go right now!!

Betcha enjoyed the shopping Soots, not much into make-up myself, but lurve shopping. Re. the meditation thing - when I was going to a counsellor last year she taught me a few little simple techniques, and do ya know I sort of use them on and off most days, very hit and miss, but I could see if I put time and effort into it, I think I'd like it.

Never knew the 'Eaton' was 'Eton' as in the school - I thought it was more on the line of 'eaton bread is soon forgotten':H:H

I am gonna make it 2moro, what fruit do you use and what cream, I aint a BIG fan of cream but would eat a cream slice but not apple tart and cream, it would have to be apple tart and ice cream.

You whip up double cream to which you've added sugar and stir in broken meringue and fruit. I love it with raspberries best but like Mols suggests, strawberries and raspberries would be spiffing.

They probly have it every day in the summer at Eton Molly, I will google it and report back.

Oh and I just did a 15 minute meditation on the breath and I feel very good now!
