I am brand new to this forum and I feel very thankful for finding a safe place to help me in overcoming my addiction.

Tonight I am abstaining although part of me would love some champagne and wine - already (it is 3pm here) my mind is saying, go on Louie, a few won't hurt, but deep down I know if I give in I will continue to do so.

There are so many brave people in this forum, so I know you will be surrounded by support as I already have been.
