Don't have too much to say for myself today, but I went to see my alcohol worker this afternoon and he says I've got to stop staying up all night and get up at a fixed time every day and have meals at fixed times etc. He's given me a daily routine to stick to, including exercise, housework etc. I feel like a twelve year old! Still, I'll give it a go and we'll see what happens.
Oh, and I've signed up for an online cookery course.
Has anyone heard from panno recently? She doesn't seem to have been posting on this thread for a while.Comment
