Sure is Jacks, especially on yer doorstep, met a friend when I was walking the dog earlier and she had her daughter with her and I heard it from the horses mouth so to speak, he got out of the van and ran after the poor child, she ran into her friends house and he fled.
Mine will be shaving before they get out on their own."It's not your job to like me, it's mine!"

I'm upping the aunty on it a bit as I will only eat fresh beans... and I'm incorporating some European "je ne sais quoi" that I will probably get stoned for.It could be worse, I could be filing.

Still, I'll give it a go and we'll see what happens.
Oh, and I've signed up for an online cookery course.
Reccie - I'm not much of a self-discipline person and I wouldn't like for someone to put me on a daily routine. In fact - I'd balk like a donkey at it. However, I do think your AW is right - that you need to turn your hours around and not be up all night and then sleep during the day. First of all, it's fecking lonely to be up in the middle of the night when everyone else is asleep, never mind being up all night long. Getting used to that routine will get your body regulated to being awake during the day and sleeping at night which is what it was originally used to doing. You don't have anything to lose by giving it a try.:l
And good news about the online cookery course. We'll be expecting some lovely recipes.

I think we're going down to BJ's aunt and uncle in Miami for x-mas again this year... I could use a new frock too JC. Maybe I'll treat myself. Its lovely being able to buy "skinny" clothes, eh?
I decided I am starting a diet tomorrow. I overdid it last night in grand fashion... I had a full rack of ribs and coleslaw and chips (fries) and topped it off with a load of chocolate when I came home. I slept like shit, was sweaty and anxious and have bags under my eyes, and maybe this bloomin headache is more to do with pigging out. So the eating has to be addressed now... as does the smoking. Today is not the day, it being a holiday, but feckin tomorrow is.For every 60 seconds that you are angry, you lose a minute of happiness.

I was going to make a couple of flippant comments about some of the above posts, but in light of Oney's post, I will just say this - I hope they catch the bastard and throw him in jail til he rots. Only a sick fecking pervert who deserves to die would try to harm innocent children.

On that serious note - I am off to walk my dog and then to bed. Wishing you all a refreshing sleep. Tomorrowz...For every 60 seconds that you are angry, you lose a minute of happiness.

More than scary when your own children could be victims.
Oh that poor girl - how frightening!! I hope they catch him soon.

Thanks everyone for the input on the subject of daily routines. I intend to give it a try.
Zenners - my alcohol worker said to me today that eating late is not conducive to sleeping well. Thought I would mention it as I know you have sleep problems. Also, couldn't you try replacing the chocolate with a tasty healthy snack? You may not need to reduce the amount you eat - a lot of the time changing what you eat is sufficient to get rid of excess weight.
