Well..
better than yesterday, and the day before..

But still not 100% AF.. gotta do it day by day
am having the bad mornings, I am so scared of having another attack, so I'm tappering down..

I don't really want to at this point..
as I reckon I can get it back to zero again..
just f'ing hard the mornings..!
it's getting better and I'm back to being strong and fighting for it..

So..each day, it does get better, just gotta keep positive..
and I always have been..just gotte keep that in my nut,,!
