Yes, I can see the problem getting work to fit in with your little one's playschool times. Let's hope you can get the kids back that you used to mind.

The routine is not going well so far on account of my inability to not empty a whisky bottle, so I've got a new tactic from today.....I'm switching to wine instead and I'll only ever buy one bottle at a time, so that should impose some discipline on me and help me stick to the routine my alcohol worker gave me.

feeling up & down, hot flushes, then shiver cold...did have raging headache, but thats gone now....still getting pulpitations now and again..not nice.. had some more bac but can't have as much as last night coz it knocked me right out in the end..only after sending me silly.....

best I don't tell you about our weather here....! here's a hint.. :beach:

hope you don't get floods again it was pretty horrendous last time for you all....

morning all, really glad to hear reccy n jan are doing so well and taking such positive steps first time I've been able to read back for a while, got myself a day off coz I'm not feelign too grand xD Got myself a nasty ol' cough but on the plus side I think it is because I officially quit smoking last saturday so yay, one addiction out of my life, really could not afford it, would rather spend my money on lamb of god tickets xD

So update on inchy world is much the same as ever, still with wife, still going to as many gigs as I can, joined a band recently, still doign an hour n a half trip to go draw stuff every day xD So life goes on

Hello inchy!

Well done on giving up smoking. It can only be a good thing in the long run, once you get over your cough.

And in other news, the chancellor (British finance minister) has just increased the age at which I will be entitled to a state pension from 66 to 67. :upset::upset::upset: At least I pretty much knew it was coming 'cos the government simply can't afford its current state pension commitments. Actually, I'll be lucky if they don't put the age up again later on. Grrrr!!!

Reccy: starting to suspect by the time I reach your age there wont' even be pensions xD damn youth, its all well and good but I can see my prospects goign rapidly down hill, doesn't bear thinking about how low things are gonna sink in the future...
