Yes. A written record. I was asked to do the same thing many years ago when I had a nasty caller on the phone.
The record helped because the police were able to tie down the times this guy called to the times he was at work and calling me.
Of course, this was well before the age of caller ID. :-(
52 is young, btw.

Thx for your suggestions....
I'm a pickle as here in Tenerife it's not the same as UK or other civilised terrains....!
if I wanna put a denuncia (complaint) I have to go to the cuartel of the guardia civil...shit I'm sorry my english is soo lost now after soo many years I don't know the name for it..
anyhow it's about an hour away on the bus...and will take prob two or three hours to do it.....!
so much for protection...!
I really don't want to hurt the other lady, but I don't need this shit....I've done nothing wrong, or to encourage him..nothing
was thinking of seeing if Bonnie can come to pick up Ollie with me, and if he's there tell him clearly to back off and leave me alone, plus Bonnie can tell him also she's a witness that I told him...
I honest don't like this..I had so much to do today, but don't wanna go out incase he's there, cannot understand WHY he's doing this...I am not a young girl...and have told him very clear I don't want to know and don't like his attention...

Jan... even if it's a hassle.. I agree with the others - go put in a complaint with the police. And do write down dates/times/conversation. It sucks that you have to go through this but going to the police may be the quickest way to end it :lOkay, WHO put a stop payment on my reality check?

only thing is it's so different here..was the same with my ex...without proof they won't act, or do much about it...! so making note of when he came and conversations..they don't wanna know..it's shite here..!
sadly to say, and I do NOT say this as a joke, but there are soo many women killed by their partner in Spain, increasing yearly..
it is getting better but it's so machisto here...soo many women suffer and say nothing, when I was in La Gomera just before Ollie was born, I walked all the way down to the Guardia civil (zig - zag down from the hillside to the valley)and they would not take my complaint as I had no proof, only a huge swollen face and black eye, plus bruises on my legs...this was in July 2002.. he was born in september 2002...so you can imagine how pregnant I was....
They told me to go home and try not to provoke him, try to keep the peace...can you believe it...!
things are different now....but it's a slow process.....

Evening All,
Jan, love. Great advice you've had especially the date and times.
Perhaps lay it on a bit thick with the police that it's not so much yourself your worried about but you have a child to protect too.It could be worse, I could be filing.

I get what you say about the police being useless and disinterested, but I would agree with JC about stressing that you are afraid for Ollie? Sorry I'm not much use but -- reckon you need this like a hole in the head:l
I do Not need this...taking doggies out and gonna get Ollie, can't get hold of Bonnie..
so mummy's gotta do it alone...
not gonna say nothing to the mother as that's excatly what I was thinking...she prob would'nt believe me and would take his side..
So what I thought was if it's him, not her to pick the girl up I will see before and make sure plenty are near me to hear what I say to him...
I have my doggies but mmmmmmmmm... well.. they are not aggresive....
will let you know in a bit..but yes it has stressed my detox out.....!ashamed to say...!
