Nana bran muffin sounds very nibbleable Tips, is that even a word? Won't sleep now but might get up soon and take the dogs to the beach if I can find the energy. Having said that it's dark and cold out for a few hours yet so maybe not.

I'm sure there must be a Scrabble fanatic around who can tell us if it would be an acceptable word. Or bugger that: we can do what we want and make it a word if it isn't already. I like the sound of it. And I made "arse-holey" a word some time ago.

I'm also leaning towards the idea of you not going out yet... Wouldn't want to inflict torture on you.
