    Army Thread Wednesday 30th November

Good to hear it. You must be so excited. Does it fit okay or is it too big?

Sleeves are a bit long but that's about it.

Still trying to fathom out how to get to work on the bus as our Metro is on strike.

That's good. Easy to shorten sleeves.

Too bad about the Metro strike. Damn, I hate strikes. I understand when people are up in arms about the economy and such but when they start involving hospitals, schools, airports and such I am totally against it. Especially the hospitals. They could literally put someone's life in danger. Not good news.

Where is everybody? Did we scare them away?

Well I've now fathomed out which bus to get but I need to know when the demo is in Noocastle. It'll hardly be worth going in if I'm caught up in that.

They make a nice couple, Mario and Jim.

Hope you get things straightened out as far as the buses go - times and all that. Best to stay away from the problem areas.

              Wonder where Big-bum is.

Just rang work and I'm not needed as they've got a diary full of cancellations because of the strike.

I feel like I've got a day off.

                      Hello, Army

Early lunchtime check-in. I'm having a read on the news websites (drawn like a moth to a flame) and snacking on my slection of fruit. As of tomorrow I'll start including some kind of protein in my lunch as well. Biltong sounds like a good option.

                          See you later, Stirls.

I may just make a start on wrapping a few Christmas pressies but there again I may not. The world is my lobster today.

Noooooooooooooo... you can't bloody well be wrapping pressies before December has even started. That is just obscene.

OK then. I may just shuffle them round the dining room table again.
