Right heres the deal Bridgeroonie,

I will do your exercise by proxy and you can do my flamin gardening as I hate it more than you can imagine.....the stuff of nightmares tis it. As for the valium it would take a truckload to calm my overactive brain down.

I will send the resulting changes in physiological benchmarks to you in a special parcel once a week and you can hook into it via electrodes. Can you please make sure that all prunings and cuttings are taken away and that the dogs toys are all picked up and that the kids kyaks, bikes, hammocks, are stowed neatly in the shed and not spread all over the joint, and that anything that makes our house look like bogans live here such as wet suits slung over front fence, Row likes to spread his wet washing after surfing all over the lawn Dog knows why.

Whether Jones goes for a walk/jog or not, i DO know she has a fine set of tracky daks that would make any bogan proud. As long as they don't slip down her arse when gardening, as i believe has happened on occassion much to the bewilderment of gawking neighbours. A stray voice from neighbouring flats once yelled out to me......'Put some pants on will ya?' But i digress......

Just finished me morning meditation Saph, and a bit later i'm orf for an easy run.

OCD thats what that screams......I know folk who just have to roar around with said appliances (not me) and I just dont get it. Spose we all have our stuff....thank Dog OCD isnt one of mine......but maybe if I did use that as a coping mechanism I wouldnt have chosen to piss on for all that time..who knows

morning crew.
it's 6 a.15 am here & yes i'm up saphy, making it a routine now as i love this part of the day. the dogs are remarkably intelligent enough to go & exercise themselves - finding one of our dams not too far away (half a km i guess) to go for a swim in, & magpie gently squawks around the house until i emerg to stuff her throat with raw mince.
saphy yes that is my grumpy visage a-top the horse!
out to have my cup of tea x 2 on the back patio where my little Lentl is buried - i do this every morning. until the dogs pile on top of me.
