Whats goin on ? I am up so early these days, 5.30ish....is this the new me? Its fabo being awake early, but you cant turn on the music or the vacuum cause everyone else in the house is asleep. For as long as I can recall, I have held fast to my bed and not wanted to get up. I have done a 360 I tell ya. I think that after a lifetime of depression/anxiety, that I am finally free and with that comes a lesser need for sleep. Yeh I get about 8 hours, but in the bad old days I would sleep 12 plus and then not feel that it wasw enough.

Far out brussel sprout, things can change, even after a lifetime of habits. When folk say to me that leopards cant change their spots, I just dont buy that anymore.

I luv ya, you inspire me, and keep me honest. I f I had been sober for 2.5 years and dabbled a bit after that, dont know if I would have the courage to standup and say so. I have been watching these shows on T.V. about endangered species, i.e. tigers, elephants, gorillas etc. Cant comprehend the mindset that goes out and kills them for profit.
