                Hey everyone.
                JC, that cake looks divine.
Tawn and Reg, sounds like a lovely day.
HP, lucky mom you are then.
Had MIL over and it went really well. Saw some good friends earlier which was lovely. Might have some more leftovers, mostly raw veggies and dip. Have a lovely night Y'all.
Hiya Gster, hope you had a nice night with your family!

I'm hooooome .....I'm hooooome at last.....
I might even leave reportage` to another time....suffice to say that history has a tendency to repeat itself at Christmas....and this year did not fail to disappoint....to disappoint. At least it wasn't me that disappointed this year
Yep. I think I'll just leave it at that

Froglette` the more I see of your garden and surrounds, the more enchanted I am. That setting just delights me.
Reggie, thinking about you and your Mum today.

                      Good Christmas Morning from Canada
It's 10:49 here in Southern Ontario. No Snow.
I loved reading your Christmas tales.
Grandma set the table on fire (I could do that dead sober)
People sawing their arms off in boredom (I haven't heard that one in forever and I laughed out loud).
                      Beautiful decorations at Techie's house.
Tawnyfrogs idyllic luncheon....yum. I would love to have chickens, not allowed, gainst the rules...stoopid rooles.
I hope everyone is sated and satisfied and having a lovely quiet day after.
Hugs to all of you from me. I love lurking on your thread.

Yes...like the offspring of a Cabbage Patch and Chuckie...

Morning Undies and Internationalists, hi Wally!! Well this getting up at 4 means I'm keeping Froglette hours and falling asleep roooly early...so good...I think I'm starting to talk like Kylie Mole...

Old body not so springy today, obviously yoga might be good for flexibility but NOT FOR hours on a paint roller... some strange goings on with the new neighbors but will give full reportage later...

chook house placement question: given we believe we have a resident python is it a nono to place house under big tree? I think the girls will need shade... It will be snake proof - and fox proof too coz we back on to a creek and that backs on to a common....

I think she looks a bit pissed.

                            Morning all,

Happs - I let mine out at around 8am - 8pm so they totally free-range and tend to find their own shade in the most interesting places.

So ... are we all off to the Boxing Day sales then? Can't think of anything worse ...

I hate shopping most of the time, I certainly wouldn't be out with all the crazies who love it all jam packed into stores. Blah. No Thank You! I am on my second load of laundry, vacuumed the house, cleaned up dog toys, and getting ready to read for a bit. Oh, talked to the family in California. Hubs is watching american Basketball. Blah. So looking forward to finishing my book today, and eating enough leftovers for a family of 10.

I would rather have my liver harvested than go the sales today.

I'm with SunnyBum. I will be eating my own body weight in leftovers.

Spill the neighbour stories. I love weird neighbour stories. DO you think they've got a meth lab in there?
