Had early dinner out with Mr Happs and two locusts on the way back from the hospital. Yumbo pork belly kipfler potatoes, roast beetroot, pumpkin and prunes...

Bedders here too if I can get over this caffeine fix. Just finishing watching Jamies Great Britain. Made a stunning rabbit ragu....ok - no more food. Keep having a mental picture of Reggie answering the door for his takeaway in his boxers.

Morning Undies and Sundries, just got a text from my mate and she can go HOME!! Off to pick her up shortly, her hubs and little girl have been busy at home so we're going to surprise her with a clean house and a freezer of food - she hates cooking - and will just leave them all to settle into a day at home. Back later. Have a joyous weekend away Froglette and will stick my head into the chookpen to see if the girls are ok. Check in from various Undies required.

Well, you might have to create a job. What can you do? What do you want to do rooly and truly? You have the internet. Start a blog? A website? (both free) Find a niche you enjoy. Just some thoughts my friend.

There's a thread some may've seen on the 5 Tibetan rites, which are 5 yoga style exercises done 21 times each. The concept of daily stretching and gentle exercise, as in this vid makes sense to me. Here's a link. Be interested what soul sister Rags makes of it. Plus, the sheila in the vid looks great. (She's 94 would you believe?)

For me though, my 5 strayan rites are:

1. Throw a kilo of prawns on the barby.

2. Mow the bloody lawn.

3. Drink from the furry cup.

4. Rotate the tyres.

5. Strum me guitar in the late afternoon sun with a ginger beer and crumpii by my side.
