Morning Jones ... I was about to yell out come on people ... twelve hours without undies you're likely to catch a cold.

Waking up in the city is sooooo different. The birds I hear are seagulls and pigeons. Weird. Great lunch yesty at Cafe di Stasio, followed by an evening snack of leek and gorgonzola pizza and now I'm just hanging around waiting for the return trip home. I will however buy as much bread as I can carry from the fantastic bakery a few doors up to complete my culinary sojourn.

My Christmas stuff is done and dusted!

Pics of cheeses etc. will be forthcoming tonight. And did do the early morning bay stroll. Very noice.

Had an interesting reality check when I was coming down. A young woman on the train offered to help me with my case and I thought fusk ... I've finally reached the age where I look old enough to need help. GACK! But I got over that pretty quickly when I realised how nice it was that there were still people kind enough to actually offer help.

Too hard to explain but force had to have been involved. I now cant focus through the viewfinder which really pisses me off. Don't yet know about fixing costs. Guess my question is - do I mention it to the parents in which case he'll be in deep shit and who needs that sort of stuff at this precarious time or do I just wear it.
