Wow, everyone's busy today. I've been busy too, but at home, so I have a big pot of chili simmering, and YES, MB, I'll be serving it over rice, with cheese, sour cream, chopped onions and corn chips.

You know - sometimes, I feel as if I am coming home when I post on here. Thank you all of you for your concern re my meds. I was so so cross last night - and yes, I am worried too. I am doing so well on the AD I am on - I hate to mess with it. I am keeping on taking the dose I was on - just splitting the tab and taking the extra - I have enough to last me until I see him in jan. I am NOT going to take the dose he wants me to and 'watch my mood'. I see no point in going there. If I get no joy with him, I will go over his head to his Commander (who, being a Doc too, will probably side with him) and discuss it with him. I am not going down without a fight. My main question is WHY. it IS NOT broken. DON'T try and fix it. I am happy. Leave me alone. Anyway - enough of that. Thank you all anyway for your concern - it quite warmed the cockles of my heart :h:h (LOL - they look like boobs!!!)

Very busy day at work! The time flew by - which was good. I took my 6 layer cake in which is loved by everyone there.
Grateful - Daisy doesn't jump on the table - she just r-e-a-c-h-e-s and gets it! I forget as I have never had to deal with it before! Anyway all was well and the cake was good! I can't believe your house is any worse than mine - LOL But I know what you mean when you have anyone coming - you want it CLEAN. When Fen was coming the other week, I didn't get it cleaned enough to my satisfaction - but do you know what? they come to see YOU. Not a clean house! So, try not to worry about it. If it is dusty - so what? Let them dust it if it bothers them...... LOL

Ruby, you made me feel so homesick! We walked those roads and it was so beautiful, even without the lights and snow! I wanted so bad to ride a carriage (since I never have) but somehow, we ran out of time. I did get a picture of them though. Ya'll are all putting up trees and lights and sounding so festive! I guess I'm a humbug. Too much trouble to put up my huge tree when NO ONE is going to see it, so I just don't! MB, the Calloway Gardens look beautiful! Please give yourself a break and let yourself rest and recover. You can't have sex anyway, so forget your cute little booties. I know we are still young in our minds, but our bodies are breaking down and falling apart. You heard the saying "what works hurts"? Thank God we get new perfect bodies in Heaven! I am tired of fighting this one and fighting diabetes! Sometimes, I hurt so bad, I could cry, but that wouldn't make the hurt go away, so I'm learning to deal with it. Grateful, I know you are having a busy and tiring day and I wish I could come right over and help you out with your zillion things you always feel like you need to do! I can't imagine how bad you hurt and to have to cook, clean, entertain, babysit and deal with a house full of needy people! I just couldn't and wouldn't do it! Gee, I guess I am in a bad mod, so I'll go and find something to do, like read my kindle! I absolutely LOVE it! Hope everyone has a good day and I pray everyone will feel better. Love, Vicki

Mas....we are all here for you...you can share anything you want. We've all been there....and I am so glad that I have this family to come to. It's the only place I feel comfortable with...knowing that I won't be judged but will instead be given love and support.

I hope everyone has a beautiful Sunday. Another full day for me with Addy....she woke up at 3:30am and wanted to play with Mary and "Joe" from the nativity set I put out....she is napping now, thank goodness.
