I didn't know either, Jan. And the heat always felt good! You're supposed to leave the ice on for about 10 minutes then take it off for 30, put it back on for 10, etc. Once it has been on, it does feel better - for a little bit. I hope it helps you some. I wish you could have gotten in to see the doc today, though. You will probably need a MRI.

what do i want? hmmmm i want people not to be in pain, physically or emotionally. sorry if that's too deep. i don't need anything. more cash would be nice, though. but not too much, it corrupts our needs, gives us a false sense of safety. love, since that keeps all the hate from creeping in.
yes, i'm waiting on nelz, and i'm waiting on my puter to act right before it's replaced. you hear me, computer? yea, you can be replaced.
i bumped a skillet on the counter in the kitchen a minute ago and there was a chorus of yipping plus a background of growling and deep rumbling barks, watching the closest door. ahhhhh, life with the best dogs in the world is good. though i might have slept longer if i wasn't afraid i'd be eaten in my sleep.
BTW, that's our beautiful new CK in my signature line.
