Weather report from the Costa del Tyne: Geez it's fecking cold out there.

And in other news there may be some delays with the traffic in Costa del Tyne today as The Army has received a report that a certain JC is taking a refresher driving lesson at 12 noon. Army members are advised to stay indoors for at least an hour. If Army member find it necessary to be out for that hour JC will be driving a Toyota Yaris and is to be avoided at all costs.
