Hang in strong on a Friday! I have a few errands to run, but I think I will avoid going to the stores - there are very few stores here that do not sell AL esp at this time of year - think I will just avoid temptation (the devil on my shoulder suggest celebarting feeling good - what an idiot it is - luckily the other voice reminds me I want to feel good tomorrow too!!)

Not a religious person at all so Christmas is just
another day to me, though it does offer the chance
to give to those who need it without seeming weird.
SO December isn't too fraught with danger for me.
My biggest concern is weight loss. Quitting smoking
and drinking are great but I'm fat. That's what I need to
work on now.

parties, dinners, family gatherings etc with lots
