    Army Thread 4th December

    Good morning, Army

Woke up to a beautiful day - the wind is gone, blue skies and warm temperatures expected. I intend going to the shops early. Better get some sunscreen as well. I'm still luminously pale, which can turn into lobster red very quickly.

    Have a lovely Sunday, folksies!
    I'll do whatever it takes

    Morning tips

Still dark here. Not much danger of getting sunburn even if the sun does show its face.

I'm going to get into the Christmas spirit and get a tree this year. Haven't felt so-inclined for a long time (depression). I'll get it from nearby Bleinheim Palace, birthplace of Winston Churchill.

Hope you and all to come have a great Sunday

Morning Tiggs and all to come
Its still dark here and probably going to be a pretty chilly day. But I am still snuggled up in my pit with my coffee and listening to the radio. Love Sunday mornings when I slowly get into the day.

A number of things starty, but basically I've had loads of help this year from a number of people, including my alcohol worker, my counsellor (of the non AL variety), my psychiatric nurse, my GP, the hearing impairment team and more. It's all beginning to pay off so I'm feeling more positive and my drinking is slowly but surely coming down!

So glad you understand about the tree. I thought it was just me.

I want that excitement back Molly.
I need to create my own Christmas traditions tho. I have never wanted to before and I dont want to this year either with the way things are. But I want my future to have them

That is very inspirational to hear Recciebear. The difference that others can make in our lives. I am really happy for you xx
