Having a lovely day. Been in and out of the pool a couple of times. Made a spatchcock chicken, garlic bread plus potato & green salads for lunch.

Had to do COMMUNION Mass with AVA! PURE WANK! THEN to top it all off, got roped into having to go up on the altar and light the Advent Candle thingy..MORTIFICATION, me hair was in a jocker.

This is about as near as I can get as I've been making it for so long I tend to just throw everything in and add a bit of this and a bit of that. But nooooooooo cinnamon.

Oh and I stew on the stove rather sticking it in the oven only takes about 30/40mins then
