                Good morning Reccie & Mollers

Yep, Reccie: had a good drive in. Covered the 65km in just under 45 minutes.

:goodjob: on the graduation, Zepps. What is the job market like at the moment? I know in Saffaland many newly-qualified teachers have to settle for stand-in positions before they can find somethnig permanent. Sorry to hear tha tthe romance has fallen flat. Is he an RRC again, then?

Yes it has been tough trying to find work Tips - after the earthquake a lot of experienced teachers are without work so you are competing with them too. But there is alway relief work.

On first cup of coffee here-and slowly waking up. Had six hours of solid sleep and then woke up but forced myself to "meditate" for another hour. Too cold to get out of bed!:H Got the heat going now and a hot cupper so finally coming back to life.

                        Morning, Expattie

Do your kids get some time off school over the Christmas period? We're heading into the summer holidays on Friday - they will be off for 6 weeks. They'll be driving us mad, I reckon :H

If you were to get a relief position, might it mean having to relocate / travel far?

Yes, the kids are on vacances de Noel from le vendredi 16 decembre-mardi 3 janvier.
Luckily there is holiday camp for the little one. But I'll keep him home with me for quite a few of those days. I just need a break from him part of the time or I'll go mad!:H He enjoys it too because he gets to play with kids his age and they plan all kinds of fun activities and outings.
Zeps-I'm sure you'll find something:l Let us know how it goes! Great to see ya hon!
