No sigh of relief from me till I make it home alive tonight. But I am glad it's Friday. Long day ahead though-and I have a meeting with my boss this morning. Never fun.

Was reading back about the Chrimbo cards last night. I am debating whether or not to do them. I didnt last year either, really really didnt feel up to it. Maybe it will help this year. Might give it a whirl

Feel a bit better/happier this morning. Sorry for being AWOL yesterday and thanks for your kind words.

Very cold here but at least the wind has stopped. Also I have woken up with a foggy head and am so grateful it has nothing to do with drink.

So my depression is not going to come as I will kick it in the arse before it has a chance to take hold
