Worried here: Jasmine fell ill in a matter of a few hours last night. It's as if her back is paralysed or something. Off to the vet 1st thing. She was fine - the kids took her for a long walk, played with her on the lawn, she ate her dinner. When we called her to come inside before bedtime, she could hardly walk.

Morning guys.
Tiggs, I really hope she is ok. It could be a disc problem or a spasm of somekind. I expect they will give her anti inflammatories to reduce any pressure and pain. She is a young dog. I am sure she will be fine xx

Hi guys. Yes, we do have tics.
The vet can see her at 11. Just over an hour from now. She seems a bit better than when I 1st posted. Got up to do her business - very runny tummy, but no blood. Just watery (sorry for the gory detail this early). She came jogging back. Has had some water, but not food.I'll do whatever it takes

Tips-I wonder if she could have eaten something bad on the long walk? Dogs are so quick about wolfing down food when they are out-the kids might not have even seen. Pug dog got a chicken bone the other day while we were out walking-and I had to rip it out of his mouth. YUCK! Please let us know how she's doing.:l
A cold and foggy morning here. Still inside sipping coffee and trying to decide what to do today. I feel lazy but good.
