There is a huge difference between a few zeds and a pnuematic drill going through 6 ft of concrete. I can hear similar from the other side of the house.

OK last night was a huge deal for me. Parties are not my speiciality. I find it difficult to mix with lots of people at once. Coupled with going out with new work colleagues I was really looking for something to soothe my nerves. For the first itme in a long time, I could have done with a stiff drink. I knew I wasnt going to, but wanting it was quite a strong disturbing sensation.

Nah, if I had a fag I would be back to square one.
I did struggle at key west a bit too , I think I just need to relax. Its my head that fucks me up. I always think myself into a tizzy. So if I am not talking or being the life and soul I talk myself into thinking peeps think I am boring or summat, I dunno, I think I have to learn to relax a bit more in these situations.

I shall let you know about Clive

Thanks Zenny I appreciate that :l
I am defo better one on one tho, rather than a group. Groups confuse me a bit and I cant always hear what everyone is saying

Yeah I absolutely agree with you there and its so important to remember that. Social sits are not easy and its an art to master them.
I am just glad I went, made the effort and left when I ...or rather Clive, was ready to :H

EXACTLY!!! Think thats the main reason for most folks.

Yep. Right again. Thats why I will keep going out. Not often, but enough to learn how to deal with every situation to make it more comfy for me.
I am absolutely fine going out with my friends, just one on one. Just need to perfect the group thing.
One of the best things for me is driving to everything. Its a great excuse why Im not drinking and it means I can leave when Ive had enough

                                Alrighty. Some more piccies.

We were up before dawn. The sun rose a little while after we arrived at the spot where we fished.

It really was stunningly beautiful. The place where we're at is at the mouth of the Breede River, so you have the best of both worlds. All these pictures were taken on the river. Fish are caught up to 30 kilometres and more upstream.

                                I'll do whatever it takes
