Hiya Pingu!!!:l ....if you are still around.
Just stopping in for a second before I go cook some comfort food. Our sunny morning turned into a cold and foggy afternoon. We're freezing and starving after our walk. Glad we went out though-it's good to get the fresh air and some exercise. Plus, it makes us appreciate being back in the warm house.

Hello everyone.
Lovely sunny day here Invalids improving gradually.
They had better be ok by Thursday or else I will crack up.
My daughter and partner arrived from Norway very late and delayed last night.
They got back here and wanted to chat and drink Old Speckled Hen. Quite shocked that Mum did not want any???
Anyway house now crammed but all pulling their weight and treating me like the Saint I am.
Anyone want to proof read my speech??

Tips is back at work tomorrow.

Patty bought some more smokes this morning and mollers was down to her last three and planning to buy more when the shops opened. And zenners is disgusted with herself for smoking too! :b&d:

Molly thinks Fern Britton looks fabulous after she had a gastric band fitted and lost weight...

Mrs T has contracted the cleaning bug.

Last night Zenny said she was fine...she thinks...after a tough few days :goodjob:. She turned in around 4am her time.

Tabbers is feeling sorry for all the bottle banks that will be stuffed to capacity over the next few days! I know how they feel! :upset:

Stirly says it was only 3 or 4C in Greece this morning. It's very mild in the UK and Ireland at the moment.

Expatty says the French like to laugh at how much the British and Irish drink, but apparently the French drink as much as the Irish and more than the English. Patty and family set off for a walk on a mild, sunny morning and returned home on a cold, foggy afternoon, but she's still glad they went.

Mr Stirly is bored to tears in the store cos business is very slow :upset:.

Jackie and Mr JC were planning to WALK(!) to the shops.

Mario is surrounded by temptation in the form of boxes and tins of choccies, but he still managed to drag himself off to see Jim. He's going to his sister's for dinner.

Reccy's fluorescent tube in the kitchen packed up and he used this as an excuse for not doing the washing up. This afternoon he went into Oxford and bought a new tube which fixed the problem, but he still hasn't done the washing up cos he says the army needs a synopsis and that's more important! Reccy also bought a new wireless keyboard and mouse from PC World. They were dirt cheap and Reccy is very pleased with them. He's also planning to buy a lappy soon.

Mrs A's daughter and partner arrived very late last night from Norway.

Zenners has proof read Mrs A's speech and says it is absolutely perfect .

Tabbers reports he is chilling out and stuffing himself with mostly unhealthy goodies while Oners is busy tidying up toys after Christmas. She's going to a friend's for dinner (if I understood correctly).

Pingu found a tiny bit of Internet connection in the wilderness and dropped in to say hi to everyone.

Today zenners feels like shite and is going to the beach for lunch with Cheryl. Dougie is enjoying being number one. (Poppy was exactly the same zenny.)

Just back from a quick weigh in at SW and I've gained 3lbs, still in target safety zone though.

I confess to eating nearly a whole box of Thornton's chocolate over the past 3 days and tbh I feel quite sick.
