Just popping in to wish all of the Army a very peaceful, sober and uneventful 2012 :l
For some reason I have the very irrational belief that even numbered years are better than odd numbered years - anyway, it means that I have complete confidence that 2012 will be a good 'un!!!

Enjoy whatever you have planned. I'm jealous of Expattie's salmon - it is freakishly expensive in SA and a rare treat.Never give up, for that is just the place and time that the tide will turn

Howiyis.
Sorry I have been missing of late, just been really busy decorating and today was a trip to Ikea for some stuff for the playroom. House is really looking well and I am so glad I took down the Christmas tree, threw out loads of stuff and got the rooms done, kinda like facinf the new year with a clean slate..actually scratch that, EMBRACING the New Year with a clean slate.
Family day 2moro and a roast beef dinner with all the trimmings, walk on the beach and a game of Cluedo and Connect 4 with the kids.
Tonight as soon as I have got the kids to bed, it's feet up beside my open fire, the laptop, a home made chicken curry and Alan Carr doing the countdown....what more could you want ??"It's not your job to like me, it's mine!"
