well here we go into a new year in 20 hours....or so tiggeroooonie is two hours ahead, not too sure about the rest ...like our lovely Zenster in wonderful florida....

But mine swops over in 20hrs 25 mins...still not sure what we're gonna do, but at least we'll be together..

I know it is an ungodly hour

But I would've thought our stripey puss tat would've been awake by now...

I hate insomnia..why is it when we stop the booze and stuff we get a kick up the bum from the sleep fairy.......

I'm busy watering the garden before the wind picks up. I hope we'll have a nice evening - planning to eat outside. Then I'm off to the shops - haven't bought much since pre-Christmas shopping, so need to stock up.

I'm happy to let you know that the first cayenne peppers are coming along nicely. I wonder what they'll be like in recipes calling for green chillies? Must try it.

Yep I am looking forward to the new year now. I couldnt have cared less a few days ago whether I was alive or not. Its amazing how our mental state can change so radically. And a good reminder that the dark times will not last forever.

I feel calm and peaceful. No stress for this evening-just me and my boys. It would be nice if it was not quite so wet and grey because I'd love to go walking in the woods today. We might just do it anyways. We do have wellies.
