Rags........I used to live in Newtown too for about 6 months before I hopped over to Auckland. You know Perth is so boring in comparison, even in comparison to Auckland. Wasn't too sure about them making the hollywood version of the dragon tattoo...

Roddy Doyle - The Women who walked into Doors.....an amazing book which I cannot believe was written by a man. The long awaited sequel just wasn't as good. It was made into a tv series and I remember the state tv in Ireland tried to ban it.........still can't work out why.......donkey years ago now. It is about an alcoholic mother amongst other things. I have a copy here if anyone wants to borrow.
