Get an old Holden mate. A refurbished HQ or HJ or something. Having said that, the late model toyota corolla hatchbacks we drive at work are very reliable.

Glad to see you doing okay today, G. I was very worried last night.

I am thankful that you have true friends who care enough about you to tell you like it is with no platitudes. Feel blessed despite the discomfiture you feel when having to accept help.

Hi, undies. Schedule screw up means I don't get my epidural until Friday. I was almost in tears this morning when I realized what I have been waiting for to help my back and leg pain was going to be delayed. However, just one more day, so it isn't too bad. Time will pass and my pain will be addressed.

Hope all have a wonderful (whatever day and time it is where you are.)

Yep, what Cindi says too.
It's not always easy to open up, it took me a long long time here and it's still slowly evolving, that's blokes for you. Or maybe that's just a cop out. Either ways Mr G it's great the undies have your back, just let them help properly.

Cindi, I really hope you get some relief from that pain asap, I can imagine the continual nature of it is so wearing.

Okay Undies. You have offered your support. Thanks, I shall take it. I won't be requiring sympathy or strategies, but just a word of encouragement every couple of days or so for the next couple of weeks. Would that be okay? If anyone finds this upsetting or draining in any way, don't worry about me, take care of you first. I am one of the 'strong' ones, and we see that AL does not discriminate if we allow it in our lives.

I surrender. Today is day 1. Yep, again, but there are 2 patterns here. One is the 3/4/6 days AF up, then back on the sauce like an eeedgit. But the other pattern is getting back up again, and not giving up. What will i do differently this time? Well, i'm not going to punch the air anthem style or shoot my mouth off like yer boofhead wrestler going for the world title. I'll take it an hour, a day at a time. Today i'm just chilling at home and eating well, drinking plenty of water, and working on my thinking.
