    Underoos and Mates 2012 January....

    :l:l:ls for you Missy

Your roast lamb has me salivating, Froglet. I think that's what we'll have for dinner as well. I like putting some some big brown mushrooms in the roasting pot towards the end. Mint sauce isn't traditional here. I sometimes have a little mint jelly on the side.
    I'll do whatever it takes

Great stuff Missy, and you will. You are smart, sassy, and full of life you know, and you will rise above this persons disrespectful, and gutless insecurities.

Someone's going to need to be strong for the young bloke. Poor Mr. B. He must be ripping his hair out. (got some spray on hair blue/black going cheap by the way )

Wishing the young man, you and Mr. B courage, strength and wisdom for 2012.

This woman is even starting to piss me off.

        Happs, WOW ON THE EGGS!!

okay - thanks .... breathing big breaths.

The "no contact" stuff is so bad, that if anything happened to boy while he is with us, that we have no way of getting in contact with his mum except through police and lawyers.

TF - I think that "shifting the hitching post" is pretty much about my plan for 2012. Thanks for appealing to my "just take another deep breath" instinct!! New school, new arrangements, new boundaries. Boy is going to have to start to stick up for himself a bit more now. Not ideal I know. But needs must.

And actually we have all had some really good talks over the last week. Some lines have been put in the sand. For me that is about the extent to which which I am prepared to organise my life around other people. (Happy to do so around Mr B; less so around his son unless planned in advance; not at all to do so around his ex-es changes of plan at the last minute)

          Bear with me folks!

Tip - do you have much in the way of lamb in SA?

Yep Missy. We have excellent lamb. Especially those from an area called the Karoo. The grazing gives a lovely herby flavour to the meat. We (our household at least) prefer lamb over beef.

              Yum!

              We prefer lamb too.

Right Rags - maybe we need a special "lamb from around the world" recipe book??!!

I've vented enough for one evening, so please let normal programming begin. Thanks to all. Ice-cream and The Three Musketeers are calling..

                CRAP!!!
Missy, having had the honour of speaking to you in person, I admire what shit you're having to endure. I thank you for calling me when you did, & cower into shame for not calling you back.....but I think you're terrific. Honest.

                    But Mr Rags converted this

                    via this

                    and this

                    into this

Missy, note flags on kitchen deck.

Missy, that is such a dreadful situation.

The "no contact" is too restrictive, given that an accident could happen.

What a horrid, manipulative person she must be. And what a nasty position she has placed her son in. Bastard.

Mushrooms wouldn't do it for me.... just doesn't taste right in my head.
Try mint sauce... isn't as sweet. You need to have your own mint though.
Do you do gravy from the pan juices?

So here we are ; 3 MWOers having lamb roast from continents apart! Wonder what Techie's having tonight.

Just had a non-celebratory but very nice Sunday Lamb Roast. Here t'is ... Al fresco for three. Don't care what the other two are doing, I'm going for a nanna nap.

And where might young Reggie be?
Just want to put this on same page as Mr Rags' effort.
